I've been taking my kids here for 1 year now & we all love it. Very clean pool, friendly staff, great sized pool & all other facilities including changing rooms & showers are well-kept, spacious & never crowded. Gutted that it's closed for 6 months, but I'll certainly be back as soon as it reopens

Very handy to book your weekly classes n add them to your calendar with a reminder before or on the day. Then you can book them in advance for the upcoming month. Very structured. Step one Pick booking time Step two Accept attendance rules Step 3 enter name, enter email twice Step 4 should be redirected but doesn't work Step 5 enter names email, address again Step 6 accept admissions policy Step 7 accept terms and conditions Step 8 enter payment details (no auto complete anywhere) Step 9 enter texted code, code not accepted, payment fails, back to step 1 Step 10, ring number, wait 25 minutes, no answer

This app is not really fit for purpose: first I had great difficulties creating an account in it and making it work. The staff in NLC couldn't link my existing account to the one in-app. In the end payment options available in Newry gym are not listed here, so why bother wasting your phone memory and resources on such app, when in the end you will end up having to visit NLC and talk to staff to make your booking

Terrible interface to try and work through to book anything. Pages of rules, terms and conditions, and a frustrating process. It shouldn't take as long as it does to book general swimming (or anything else!)

Booking swimming is a painful experience. Too many and redundant fileds to enter, never saves card details on checkout.
