Very handy to book your weekly classes n add them to your calendar with a reminder before or on the day. Then you can book them in advance for the upcoming month. Very structured. Easy to remember what classes you have for the week/month ahead. ... be active 🚴♀️🏋♀️💃🕺🧘♀️🧎♀️🏊♀️ while looking after your wellbeing 🧠🫀🫁🤽♀️🧎♀️🏃♀️🙏🥰

I've been taking my kids here for 1 year now & we all love it. Very clean pool, friendly staff, great sized pool & all other facilities including changing rooms & showers are well-kept, spacious & never crowded. Gutted that it's closed for 6 months, but I'll certainly be back as soon as it reopens

Not clear which leisure center you are booking. Booked swim session at Newry. Confirmation email came - Killeen. No ability to refund or cancel.

Very little to be booked on app for NLC. Swimming times not available. Even if you book things on app still have to queue up at the desk in NLC.

Step one Pick booking time Step two Accept attendance rules Step 3 enter name, enter email twice Step 4 should be redirected but doesn't work Step 5 enter names email, address again Step 6 accept admissions policy Step 7 accept terms and conditions Step 8 enter payment details (no auto complete anywhere) Step 9 enter texted code, code not accepted, payment fails, back to step 1 Step 10, ring number, wait 25 minutes, no answer

Terrible interface to try and work through to book anything. Pages of rules, terms and conditions, and a frustrating process. It shouldn't take as long as it does to book general swimming (or anything else!)
