All of my life I've wanted to be a runner. I've tried a few other programs over the past 20 years, but felt like a failure with all of them because I couldn't keep up with the pace or intervals during even the first week. I decided to try again this year and happened to see a recommendation for None 2 Run. I'm so glad I found this program! I'm just finishing week 5, and I feel confident for the first time that I can make it through the program and make running a lifelong habit!

The N2R app worked well to help me, a 64-year-old beginning runner, reach the goal of running for 25 minutes straight. It was simple, straightforward, and flexible. I plan to move on to the 5K program next week. Thank you for this well-thought-out program. It works.

Lame, only the first week is free, and they want you to pay for a subscription for the rest of the program. I'm deleting and will just use Spotify instead.

Tried this out for the first time yesterday, and I really like how it eases you into running. I wish that it had one feature: as you run it provides you with your speed. So you can set your maximum speed and if you're above it or below it it lets you know to speed up or slow down, or you're just right. Otherwise, great app. Edit - Great app, unfortunately, only provides one free "use" and can't get past Week 1, Day 1.

Only the first run is free then you have to subscribe. You can delete your run and do it over again to simulate having the first week free. App works fine, it's just basically all behind a subscription pay wall.

Did one workout and the rest are locked behind a paywall. I'd be okay with ads and stuff, but I'm not paying a sub to access something that could easily be made as a free-to-use option like other apps. Uninstalled.
