I spent years using this app and accumulated over 21,000 points. After successfully redeeming multiple rewards, my account was suddenly flagged and placed under review. I provided ID, answered questions, and cooperated fully, yet months later I still have not received a clear final determination. During this process, gift card redemption options disappeared from my account while my point balance remained visible. Time-sensitive benefits were placed at risk while I waited for answers. I don't know how well this app works because it won't let me finish my profile. I tried to enter my organization address, and it gives me like 5 options or "none of these". I select "none of these" but it doesn't let me enter an address and won't let me move forward without selecting one of the addresses that doesn't correspond to me. Probably uninstalling.
