Reoccurring problem with authentication via nordea ID when buying tickets via the HSL app, it would be good to do something with this is very annoying and inconvenient. You can't confirm the purchase cause the "authentication failed," especially when both apps are on the same device (phone)

I've been looking for an easy/quick/convenient way to log into my net bank without going via MITIC as it just let me down in a major way. I found what I was looking for in NordeaID app. Logging in using biometrics is SO quick. What a breath of fresh IT air. Highly recommended 👍

WARNING this app is a scam! After you use it to login by typing your PIN in the app, you get redirected to an external website, that asks for your Banked password! Never write that password anywhere else except the BankID-provider-bank website. Check the padlock box on your browser, if it's not your bank then steer away! EDIT: so the developer answered that it's perfectly safe to type your Banked password on 3rd-party websites? Do I read this right?!?

Annoyingly unreliable, if you are using it to confirm payments using the same phone as where the Nordea ID is applied. Fewer issues if used in conjunction with a different device (e.g.PC) though.

If your phone breaks you are out of luck, the options to regain access don't work or are a pain to proceed with. ID NFC reading does not work properly. Waited a week to get a code, and it ended up not working, and I am pissed. So done with the whole bank if they don't fix the damn app, and it's usability.
