The Mobile Banking app is a convenient way to access your finances on the go. You can check your accounts, block and reorder payment cards, personalise the overview tab and more.
What can I do in Nordea's mobile banking app
· In the Overview tab, you can see all your finances in one place. Add, hide or re-arrange the content on the overview page to personalise your experience. · Conveniently transfer money between your accounts or to a friend. · Quickly pay your physical invoices by scanning them with your camera. · Access your digital wallet - Pay with Google or Samsung Pay. · Log on securely with BankID, Nordea ID, your biometrics or personal code. The choice is yours.
Convenient access to your cards
· If you forget your PIN code for one of your cards, you can view it directly in the app. · If you lose one of your cards, you can temporarily or permanently block it. If you permanently block a card, a new card will be sent automatically to your registered address. · You can minimize the risk of fraud by limiting which geographical areas your credit card can be used and by restricting usage for online shopping.
Savings and investments:
· You can now get an overview of your savings and investments inside the app. In addition, you can buy stocks and funds, create saving plans and see how your investments are developing.
Mortgage
· You can see your many mortgage details and can increase monthly deductions and apply for exemption from repayment. Convenient mortgage handling.
A deeper insight into your finances
· In the Insights tab, you can see your income and expenditure at a glance. Gain deeper insights by viewing where and how you spend your income with the app's categorisation feature. · You can add other banks to the app so you can have all your finances in one place.

I am old and not used to all this new tech. The staff was excellent, they walked me through the steps being very patient with me and understanding. The staff member stayed on the phone the whole time with a positive attitude. I must say I was impressed! I recommend this app! Thank you Nordea!

It's okay, but widgets in front page could be better. "Cards and accounts"-widget only display cards. Would prefer seing accounts, as these are more dynamic and interesting. Cards is quite uninteresting. The loan widget is empty, although I have two home loans. Payments show number of upcoming payments, but no more. Could have included more info, e.g. how much and if I have enough money in my accounts to cover it. Not using the rest if the widgets, so it's good that we can arrange them.

Some basics are missing that make it unnecessarily hard to reconsil e.g. when wiring money between a families shared account and a personal account after paying with the wrong card. The transaction on the destination account does not show the kick-name of the origin account or the comment. Now I just see the name of the account owner and don't know if I got a refund from the shared account or from my partner directly and can't see the reason for the transaction.

Still buggy and the bank itself has maintenance and unavailable services 5 times pr month Update after developer reply. This is not the case, Nordea services has frequent outages and this is not just for "the past few weeks" I've been a customer since Kredittkassen became Nordea. Since 2020 Covid and post updates they started doing to their design came with a ton of issues and problems. They are still trying to fix their backlog. When and if problems do become better, I will update.

Unable to log in (worked previously). Immediately says "you were logged out" after logging in. Tried reinstalling the app and using different login methods. Have updated both the OS and the app. The app is tedious to use and it feels dated. It also logs you out really quickly from inactivity. Please take note from Bulder, this bank doesn't have such outdated and annoying behaviors and is much more user-friendly. Desktop version is also outdated and tedious to use, like DanskeBank. :/
