★★★★★ Customers should be able to see daily interest accrual for their savings accounts. Many other banks in Denmark have this feature.

★★☆☆☆ MITIC and Firefox is not working. Chrome is not an alternative. If the bank is forcing you to be "willing participant" in the Google surveillance ecosystem, then maybe it's time to choose a new bank.

★★☆☆☆ Integration with MITID is horrible-making it next to impossible to message or transfer money-often switching between the application and browser. Update: app now completes MITID successfully, but goes to site-not-found after being validated.

★★☆☆☆ Some of us have bills to pay and food to buy. Continuous issues, transfers that don't want to work, no humans to actually talk to (just bots), and terrible reliability. That's Nordea to you. Edit: many years later, I want to confirm, the app is still absolute ***. Among the other million issue that the app has that you could write a book about, the primary one is that you. Cannot. Make. Payments on the phone, because the app does. Not. Know. How. To. Redirect back the app itself after MITIC.
