I love the app and everything is great But can you please add an option to request a bank statement online? I need it regularly for visa purposes, and there are two options-going to the bank physically, which I have to leave work for, or by phone, which apparently takes 2-3 days??? Why does it take 3 days to get official paper with my bank balance? The one that I can see online at any time, its not secret information Please create an option to request it online, I know it's not impossible

Please fix last update, don't Log in on my OnePlus 5T with MITIC Log in. Its get stuck on a black screen, don't lunch MITIC app. I tried to restart the phone, clear data and cache. Don't work. After uninstall and clan Install it's work.

Customers should be able to see daily interest accrual for their savings accounts. Many other banks in Denmark have this feature. Edit: interest accrual feature added; it's going back to 5 stars.

It's 2026. How is it that I have to wait 2 to 10 days to see my payments in the app or site? Don't give me the VISA vs. Dankort explanation. I receive notifications for my payments immediately, and support can ask me to review payments to block or unblock my card. So payments are in the system. It should be super easy to display them. All my other banks do it.

1) It's extremely difficult to navigate this multi layered app and just find a document to be signed. 2) You can't create your own categories in "Insights". 3) Transfers to savings account categorized as expense. 4) You can't see expenses without mortgage payment and savings transfers. 5) Nordea doesn't allow you to pay with Dankort using contactless. 6) WordNet is more user-friendly for investing and saving.

Is not working to transfer money from Nordea app even to the same bank to my family for my kids I tried yesterday many times.... Something went wrong... many times I tried many times with personal code, was not opening...error Please wait... is going slow. And I got logged out many times
