This is a great app. The monitoring service is excellent. I rated it 4 star only because the doorbell camera is not displayed on the alarm panel and can only be displayed on a phone or tablet. by the time you access it. who ever was at the door is gone most of the time.

If I could give no stars I would. The app is terrible! My doorbell never works and I can't pull up my indoor cameras from the app at all. I am extremely disappointed that I have to stay with this company and their crappy service

Their equipment is not durable and they'll charge you a $99 technician fee every time they come out to fix it. There is also problems with the app reading the cameras. I had to reinstall the cameras so the app can communicate with them. Not recommending them to anyone I know. Will not be roped into a contract again with them.

I try to turn alarm on/off with app and takes forever. Sometimes it doesn't work. The Geofence will tell me I'm away from my house when I'm home. I have the location set. I also have very high speed internet service.
