I had no issues registering in the app and then retrieving my parcel from a postomat. There is room for improvement however... My parcel arrived at the postomat located very far away from my home address, despite the fact that there were 4 other Postmates located much closer to me.

Location and Bluetooth are turned on yet the parcel won't open no matter how many times I press it, it says something went wrong...

Bare minimum works, but it is not possible to change your waybill address, it is not possible to copy the waybill number from "My Waybill" page for support reasons.

Works awfully! Had to reinstall several times to be able to enter the app. Terminals installed in a private place with code for entrance, obviously no code was provided by the NP. Incredible, they proposed to come in office the other day instead. When proposed terminal services they did not say that App installation will be necessary to acces the shipping. They delivered the pack in terminal after three days after pack arrived. Bluetooth did not paired, support service was unresponsive.
