When I open the app it tells me that there is an update. So I pushed the button to update the app, it says that the app is updated and then now it won't let me access the NV Energy app itself, so now I can't get into my account. It says to update it in the App Store which I can't because it doesn't give me an option to update. Please fix this so I can pay my bill

As of April 6th, 2026 app was fixed by the devs. 👍🏻👍🏻 works great As of April 5th 2026, app is prompting a message stating "an app update is now available". When I click update app, it takes me to the app store, no update available. Message will not disappear, I've forced closed, cleared cache. Even forced close, cleared cache and data, still. Message appears. Last resort, did all of that again and uninstall the app, downloaded the app and guess what, message still appears.

The last few months, the app has been useless. When I open it, it just stays on the loading screen with blue circle spinning, and then nothing happens. I tried uninstalling and re-installing and still have the same result.

Feb. 27th and still not fixed. Feb. 22nd and still not fixed. Feb. 14th and still not fixed. Feb. 10th and still not fixed. Feb. 8th and still not fixed. The app worked fine until this recent update. Won't open. Just says NV Energy with a spinning circle, and it never loads. Can't pay my bill.
