When I open the app it tells me that there is an update. So I pushed the button to update the app, it says that the app is updated and then now it won't let me access the NV Energy app itself, so now I can't get into my account. It says to update it in the App Store which I can't because it doesn't give me an option to update. Please fix this so I can pay my bill

Update: No problems anymore. Thank you for the quick fix. The app has been great for me, however, this morning it told me to do an update. I completed the update, but now it won't remove that notification that I still need to update from the home screen. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and the notification remains. The app is currently unusable for me.

I just reinstalled the app, and it still won't open even after developer stared it was fixed. All It does is have the loading circle constantly spinning. Review will change once it's fixed.

Yeah, no. Still doing the same thing and not working. Apr. 6th and still not fixed. Mar. 26th and still not fixed. Mar. 17th and still not fixed. Mar. 11th and still not fixed. Mar. 6th and still not fixed. Feb. 27th and still not fixed. Feb. 22nd and still not fixed. Feb. 14th and still not fixed. Feb. 10th and still not fixed. Feb. 8th and still not fixed. The app worked fine until this recent update. Won't open. Just says NV Energy with a spinning circle, and it never loads. Can't pay my bill.
