Originally gave a bad review due to inability to cancel a duplicate pass, but have now amended after receiving advice directly from the odyssey center as follows: Open the app Select active passes Select your ticket Press the timer on the ticket Select the plus symbol bottom right Select dispose

The idea is great. Entry to the car park was flawless. Exit was a different story. App didn't work to pay the parking before going to the car. Staff didn't know what the problem was, kept blaming it on data signal. Ended up paying at the exit point.

I'm still parked in SSE according to app! Ticket still active, couldn't pay leaving or when I got home, 75 miles away! Avoid like the plague. It doesn't work.

Parked on Saturday night, there was an error on the app leaving, the tariff increased and is still going, I've contacted via email numerous times and they either don't respond or give the wrong advise, the tariff is now at £90, and I'm not paying it. Poor customer service and bad app.

While it seems to work, the interface is very poor and not user-friendly. Always displays all the previous times you've parked as active passes, I've been parked as the odyssey for 27 days, 26 days and 20 days, all at once! Amateurish app.
