It appears the staff are not familiar with how the Ole and Steen app works. Spent a good 5 minutes trying to work out what needed to be done for my reward to be redeemed. Figured it out eventually. Still have to pay with the physical card despite linking card. Some suggestions: - Give staff training on how to use the app so it would be better experience for customers. - To be able to pay via the app keeping in line with other apps.

Currently switching from ios to android and as easy as this was to set up originally as easy was it to change over - simply downloaded the app and signed in and it all transferred! Does do a lot the app - but everything you want it to, it saves bonus points for delicious Danish baking!
