The One-Ticket app lets you purchase and use bus (+ tram) tickets instantly on your phone. Features include:
* Easy and secure ticket purchases, * 1-day, 7-day, 28-day and annual tickets, * 3 and 5 day ticket bundles (bundle to be used within 14 days) and 10 day ticket bundles (bundle to be used within 28 days), * Your phone is your ticket – use your phone to show your ticket, * Buy in advance and activate your ticket when you first wish to use it, * NO need for a photo ID when using this new mobile app, * Journey planning now included.
How does it work?

Great value integrated tickets for south-east Scotland including Edinburgh. And they can be stored on the phone which is excellent!

With only 6 existing reviews, I first checked to see if this is a scam - it is not. Used this for a week in Edinburgh. Things that could be improved: show the boundaries of the tariff zones more clearly, and: make a 7-day ticket really a 7-day ticket. Regardless of the hour at which you validate the ticket on day 1, it will lose validity on the seventh day at 23:59. Tram from the airport is included in the central zone, called Edinburgh Smart Zone.
