Downloaded yesterday and so far it's been good. Would love it if we could change the notification sound to make it different from all the others that we receive from different apps so that we know from sound when our kids have sent a message.

Happy so far. The kids love using them, and their friends also have them, so they can call each other. We used the pre-pay plan for now and might change to a subscription later if needed. Sometimes, the gps location is a few meters away from where they actually are, but this is ok for me as we wanted the watches for the kids to be able to contact us. I like that you can set a limit on their area of play and get a msg if they step outside that border. You can manually refresh gps every 2 mins.

This app seems abandoned with a lot of placeholders like "null null null" instead of time or names and such. The messages don't arrive to the clock, and the GPS coordinates don't update. You should probably not buy this clock, or refund it like we will have to do now. Answer to response: why would you use an app from competitor instead of your own brand? Go back to releasing your own app. We bought the One2Track Connect Neo, and it says we're supposed to use this app.

Does not update location on either interval of request. Useless... Edit: Like the developer commented, you should be able to refresh manually but this also does not work.

The tracking does not work well. Sometimes it does not refresh at all. Too bad. I wanted to buy European but would not buy one track again. Please fix!!!!

I change this to 5 stars if I am wrong about this. Is it so that you can not change the sound if the scooter leaves a zone? I need a HARD VERY HARD sound, if my scooter leaves an area? If I am a sleep I need to get awake, lots of thiefs steal at night just so yo know.
