Do not open an account! Try another black bank. Shady business practices! They took A WEEK to ask for futher verification of an external account transfer by providing a bank statement for the external account. I told them it's a new account and I dont have a statement. They told me I have to go to my bank and get an account verification letter then denied the letter. I called and someone else told me an account verification letter is not acceptable. Which is it yall?! #Irresponsible
