Got the Ongo POS deactivated because of no customer support on unaccounted amount debited from our bank account without specifying reason. Writing mails to them is a vicious activity u get entangled into because they do not read the content and address the problem of the consumer but reply on non-issues. I can list the names of almost a dozen of their seniors they pass on the mail and connect your call to solve your issue but u never get a result. Not recommended at all. Worst services.

Dear friends don't buy ongo card swipe machine. The service has 3rd grade... they have taken 10 days to clear ur payment. Such a bad service
