App fails to load and is extremely unstable. Urgent, major update required or build the entire app again from the ground up as doing nothing is far from acceptable. Please get this sorted Aon or your reputation will inevitably suffer. Edit: The recent update has all but eliminated the instability of the app, although loading times have significantly increased it does not appear to freeze/crash as before. I suggest a little patience when navigating the menus whilst they load. Now a happy customer

I have used this app for years in my current and previous employment. It is simple to use once logged in. there was an issue re biometric login, but that has been resolved. I use this for my pension, and it allows me to make changes really quickly

This is such a terrible app. Any company should be embarrassed if they had an app as bad as this - never mind a big company like AON. If you're lucky enough to log on, you can see your pension value which is great. Lord help you if you want to do anything else. You'll either get a screen thanking you for logging out. Or you get a 404 Page Not Found error. A bunch of uni students could create a better app.

Has always been clunky to log on, however even the login has stopped working. It is in some sort of loop where pressing the "login" button keeps bringing you back to the initial page. The app is supposed to be how to view your products, contact Aon and reset your password. None of those options are available as I can't get in. Very poor app experience.

If you're lucky enough to get in via the mess that is the access code then you have to log in via a password that it doesn't recognize
