Good app but doesn't always work or connect to the router. Have to close the app and re-enter for it to work.

Delay between app & alarm too long. System off-line a lot for no reason. Siren sound level doesn't adjust.

Units go offline while you are on holiday and have no other option to bypass these units. Also, you need to disconnect the door connectors at regular intervals to reset them, i.e. rendering them useless. This has happened several times while I am away from home.
