It helps but.. I wish they offered and english version of this app. If ortel's niche market is the international business traveler, this should be a reasonable request. I always recommend ortel for travelers to germany.

Skip this and just use the web site instead. The "app" is in German, according to comments English has been promised long ago, yet never delivered. There is no advantage of using the app over going to the web site whatsoever. There are no desktop widgets, the app has no offline functionality whatsoever (i'd expect it to be able to activate data plans with an SMS, i'd expect topping up with voucher codes to work, etc)... Totally pointless "app". Save your device space and use the web site.

Server down for a long time I have been trying to top up my account for over a day now. The service is unavailable. The website version is also unavailable. I only had the 7,50 € precharged and it run out a long time ago. How can it take a so long to get the server upp?? I'm an IT-professional and accept a short downtime every now and then but this has been going on since yeaterday. Maybe even longer because I have only started trying yesterday.
