We love otech, but business can't go with delay especially in this speedy era, seller need to witness transaction before giving out goods/product, but it delays. Please do all you to rectify this issue.

There should be 24-hour customer service support available for customers. I made a transfer, and my account was debited, but more than 24 hours later, the recipient has still not received the funds. What is even more concerning is that there is no transaction receipt or evidence of the transfer in my transaction history. This situation is quite frustrating and requires urgent attention. I kindly request that the issue be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
