Update April 2024: they have fixed many of the issues I had with the app. I have fixed my rating. If I could give it zero stars I would. It says I need to reset my password every month and why even have biometrics as an option if I never get to use it.

It would be helpful if after a payment is made and confirmed in the app, that the balance would either reflect ZERO or at least "payment pending". I have double paid my bill more than once because it continues to show a balance due after payment is made.

Pacific power is stupid. They said I spent the most on laundry. I live in an apartment. I don't even have laundry hookups in my apartment.

I wouldn't bother downloading this app. The power usage charts are broken and show nothing of value anymore. The biometric login is constantly resetting and forces you to go through a hassle to enable it again which completely defeats the purpose of it.

Logged me out no matter what I do doesn't save my password doesn't save my biometrics have to use the website even though I wanted to use the app for my convenience it's inconvenience because my passwords are written down forcing me to either be home or wait to go look at my password book.
