It doesn't accept the username and password from the website. If you try and change your password the link returns a 404 error. Then the "temporary" lock never goes away.

Biometrics crashes the app after every single update. I just end up using the website since the app always breaks. You would think RMP could spend of the money they gouge on fixing this years-long problem.

Glorified web portal with biometric login... not like you'll ultimately be able to use it as by the time you sign in again to check your bill, you'll need to log in with your username and password again
