Acknowledge not working? I get the push notification of an incident but when I click acknowledge from mobile app or smartwatch, nothing happens and the incident isn't actually acknowledged. I get a text a few seconds later and have to acknowledge via that.

I had no idea how awesome this was until my company switched to Rootly. Pager duty gives much better control of alerts. It doesn't create extra do not disturb schedules, and it doesn't randomly adjust the notification volume of other apps. It just gives me the prompt alerting when there is a problem.

I am using Google Pixel 6, no root, device passes Google's integrity check, but Pager Duty crashes with Security Risk Detected. I wiped out cache, data and even reinstalled app. Nothing is helping. I even submitted a support issue, no luck.

Woke up and found out I'd been paged, but the alert was cut off by Android's own system notification immediately after, it's like the app is notifying on two different notification channels. Not sure what's going on with this app anymore, used to not have an issue but seems to be having more problems in recent months.

Not sure if it is just my org, but there are constant issues since moving to Pager Duty. Recently I accepted pages via this android app and nothing occurred on the alerts' timeline. If you click accept / acknowledge and the notification goes away or gets greyed out. How am I supposed to know it didn't actually acknowledge it. Now I am forced to set up multiple backup alerts.
