PanaHom: Rent & Bill Split

Sharing a house should not mean arguing about money.

PanaHom keeps rent, utility bills, and everyday shared costs straight for everyone under one roof - tenants, housemates, and landlords alike.

SPLIT EXPENSES WITHOUT THE MATH
- Split any bill equally, by percentage, or by custom amounts
- Automatic debt simplification - fewest possible transfers to settle up
- See exactly who owes whom, updated the moment anything changes
- Add guest members for friends who are not on the lease

RENT, HANDLED
- Monthly rent generated automatically - no one has to remember
- Upload a payment receipt; your landlord verifies it in the app
- Deposit tracking with per-tenant breakdown
- Bill reminders before the due date, not after

FOR LANDLORDS
- Manage multiple properties and tenants from one dashboard
- Live collection status - paid, pending, overdue at a glance
- Post announcements to the house feed
- Receive and track maintenance requests

BUILT FOR SHARED HOUSING
- Group chat for every property - no more scattered message threads
- Push notifications for payments, bills, and announcements
- Friend groups for splitting costs outside your lease

SPEAKS YOUR LANGUAGE
Fully available in English, 한국어, हिन्दी, नेपाली, বাংলা, and اردو - so every housemate reads the same numbers in their own language. Designed for international house-shares in Korea and anywhere people split a home.

WHY PANAHOM
Most apps do one half of this. Expense splitters ignore rent. Landlord tools ignore housemates. PanaHom does both, in six languages, in one app.

Free to use. Get started in under a minute - create a property or join one with an invite code.
