Panic Button: SOS & Safety

Panic Button helps you alert the people you trust quickly and clearly when you need help.

• One-tap SOS: your location and a map link go to your trusted contacts by SMS. No mobile data needed.
• Cancellable countdown and test mode: avoid false alarms and check that everything works without alarming anyone.
• Honest status screen: "sent to carrier", "delivered" and "failed" are shown separately for every contact, with one-tap retry.
• Safe journey: set your arrival time. If you don't check in, your contacts are alerted automatically.
• Voice trigger: choose your own secret phrase. Recognition runs fully offline on your phone and no audio is ever recorded. 24 languages.
• Shortcuts: Quick Settings tile, home screen widget, app shortcut and Wear OS watch.
• Safety circle: family and friends get an instant notification with a live map and can answer "I'm calling" or "On my way".
• Siren, flashlight and a one-tap call to your local emergency number.
• Emergency info card stored only on your phone.

Emergency SOS is always free and emergency screens never show ads. Optional Premium raises limits (up to 10 contacts, 5 circles, recurring check-ins, automatic location re-send).

Privacy first: no account needed, contacts stay on your device, no analytics or crash tracking. You can delete all your data from Settings at any time.

Important: Panic Button is not an emergency service and is not connected to the police, ambulance or 112/911. If your life is in danger, call your local emergency number first. SMS delivery depends on your carrier and network coverage.

New: Duress PIN – if someone forces you to cancel an SOS, enter your duress PIN: the screen looks cancelled but your contacts are alerted silently. Talking fake call – the caller speaks, and saying your code word sends a silent SOS. Plus fixes and improvements.
