The food is fantastic, but the app is sketchy. It won't let me autofill my payment. I have to scan in my card and then fill out the rest. The rewards and recent orders sections don't track well, if at all. I should have tons of reward points, but I have none. Also, the tip option should come after delivery. Tips are a reflection of the service received. And who am I tipping - driver, cook, someone else? I do like how their delivery service is much cheaper than the rest though!

RE FOOD: 5 STARS; RE APP: ONE STAR. Samsung Note 10+; Several glitches, pop up menu for scheduling a delivery is completely dark(date; time fields). Order History does not provide any details on prior orders. Doesn't track point accurately. Seems like every time I use the mobile App my Points go down. Go figure. Epic fail on the App Developer.

The app is still very difficult to use and is not user-friendly. It cannot process my Chase credit card at all. It says the card was denied, but when I check with Chase they say there aren't any denied charges. So I have to use a different card. It allows you to recall a previous order, but even though they have multiple locations in my area, it ties your previous orders to one location and won't let you change it. The location button on the main screen takes you to a screen that doesn't work.
