The "3B Luna qr" app stopped working after 6 weeks of data collecting. Stepdaughter called Tech Support which told her to uninstall & reinstall app to update it- Nothing. After days of frustration & doing online research, I found this app which does everything for me which the other app doesn't. Love that I get an email from BMC showing a complete "Therapy Report". Other app doesn't give that. This app is way better & shows ALL days of Compliance. Website "icode connect" is awesome too.

Very good app, easy to use and will show and send reports via email by simply scanning codes. I am currently using the BMC GII auto CPAP and so far it's proved to be one of the most comfortable machines. The only downside is that the machine and/or app won't show graphical representation of detailed data pertaining to daily usage. I would rather have my data exported to a universal software or app where I can see my breaths, leaks, AI, HI etc. on a two-dimensional graph.

I went from a dream station to this cause of the recall. This machine is nothing my dream station! The data from the app is hard to read. On the dream station it tells you point-blank that you X amount of episodes to happen during your usage. On the Luna II it does it by percentage (0.2% etc....). Then don't get me started on how noisy it is!

Can't register. After entering gmail to register, app says" send email error".

QR code scan works but that's it. Constant Chinese language error when trying to create an account needed for full report saying "network abnormality, please check connection" Wi-Fi or LTE same results. Need to get this fixed or do not advertise it as a feature.

Was able to scan the machine with the QR code, All Data in but no link to download te data to phone memory and send to email. I also entered email but no button to click for send. Make's you want to guess.
