First time I used this it worked brilliantly. Second time, I parked for 5 hours and was charged for the whole day as I was unable to end parking session. Phoned up and was told I'd be contacted by tech support. Phoned again 2 hours later and told the same thing... still waiting 6 hours later.

It was difficult to get the password set up. There was no finish parking selection on my phone or computer and the phone line they gave you disconnected. Fortunately at the car park I use there are other alternatives.
