I have recharged 50 Euro by PayPal, but the amount didn't go to my Pay Simplex account. I have emailed get the assistance with the proof of payment on 8 of May, however nobody response, deadly quiet.

You can't register through the app, and the website is utterly useless. No, I don't want to give you my name, address, email and VAT number just to pay for parking. Rather pay with coins.
