Not had issues like the reported. It will only let you pay when close or in the car park. This is unusual but as others state booking not guaranteed I guess that is a pointless option. I have paid while walking out of car park so not sure how far you can be. The fact there is no convenience fee in the car parks I use saves me money. I can pay for hour and extend before finishing at no extra cost. So win-win.

App just crashes every time. You put your car details in then get to the step where you choose your car (or choose to skip), no matter what you choose the app just stops working. Whether logged in on an account or using it as a guest. Terrible.

HORRENDOUS APP! Forced to use it as the councils have obviously chosen a cheap option. It's not obvious when a session has begun, I've been charged twice, and now it won't let me log back in to complain.

Doesn't work. Find a car park that doesn't use this app!
