Convenience
You can expect a convenient time shopping which is experienced by easy-to-access menus & tabs as you can also schedule deliveries for up to 3 days in advance.

Order Notifications and Tracking
Orders made through the App provide timely notifications during each phase of the order’s life cycle, as well as the ability to pinpoint the Delivery Associate’s location as soon as the order has left the store.

Savings
You can expect to save money by using coupons, discounts & rewards available in the app. Experience an application that was made to give our customers value for the money they spend.

Rewards and easy usage
Customers accumulate points for each NPR you spend on our App. You can redeem your points for more discounts and saving! Also, a total of 4 upgradeable tiers of membership and with each upgrade you gain access to new and better benefits.

Easy Communication
Communication between all parties (Customers, Vendors & Delivery Associates) with the in-app call/chat feature for you to access and minimize issues related to your orders.

Multi-Store Orders
You can make purchases from up to 3 different Vendors in one shopping cart. Multiple Store Orders will be delivered at the same time by the same Delivery Associate on the same day unless you schedule it for another day. You can also initiate send and receive immediate parcel deliveries.

Send Package
You can initiate our ‘send package’ service by selecting that service on our apps home page. You will be able to send any package under 15 kilograms to any destination within the Greater Kathmandu Valley.
