The banking network on the computer site works just fine but apparently on mobile, my samsung phone keeps restarting every time i try to open the mobile app... Please fix this quickly.

Used to be excellent but mobile deposit don't seem to work on android phone anymore. I've been trying to deposit my navy federal check via mobile which I never had problems before but l always get an error message can't verify the check. I tried different checks but I still get the same message. Annoying and frustrating!! It worked on my ipad. Please fix this issue!!

This is still a terrible app. I still cannot use mobile deposit. Your auto capture "feature" is broken. It doesn't communicate with my camera. It distorts the image by rotating 90° and shortening and widening the image making it unusable. You have to force it to allow you to manually take the photo but that takes forever and you need to get lucky to find the option. FIX THIS ALREADY!!! You have had literally years to fix it!
