App works well enough. It would be helpful if the app would notify when an unauthorized pet visited the feeder, not just the pet that is programmed.

So far so good. I can't complain, It's only been set up for a couple of hours, it's so quiet, such an improvement from their older model which I still loved (but they stopped making the tag replacements, so I had to shelf it or cat would starve). This new model is quiet, doesn't startle my kitty. Can't give 5 stars yet, it won't react to my 2nd cat's microchip to keep him out (I'd prefer if he didn't wear the supplied tag) So, I'm forced to keep it in closed mode. Will update as time goes by.

Terrible app, it constantly tells me my device is offline even after connecting to it via the app and be able to open/close the door via the app. How can the device be offline? My pet also opens the device with the chip and the app keeps saying "your pet hasn't eaten in 24 hours". It's useless.

The app does not have clear options to intelligently adjust notifications. I do not need a notification every single time a cat eats, but I would like a notification every time a feeder successfully dispenses or if a cat doesn't eat for X time after being fed. There are a million notifications sent, but not the ones I want.
