The PayClock Mobile app is part of Lathem’s PayClock Online Time and Attendance System. This mobile app allows companies using PayClock Online to easily track worked hours for employees using their iPhone while working remotely or on the go.

I am not sure why I cannot punch in on mobile. My permissions say I can use mobile. I have restarted phone, uninstalled app. My 3 guys can, and I could before but now cannot. Andi tried to submit feedback in app and that's broke it doesn't allow you to select a reason. So cannot submit.

Even when all other data is working this app often tells me "no data will save your clock in punch until data has inproved" problem is it did NOT save my time and lost a days pay because of it. My company is going to stand good for it, but I should not have had to be gone through this. Especially if you live paycheck to paycheck I wonder if my debt will be as patient with me as I'm being with you

Pretty poor design, can't even auto reconcile time when you're clocked in past midnight, it literally has to be manually fixed every time.

It won't let me reset my password. It logged me out then wouldn't let me log back in and now even when I try to reset the password is simply won't email reset it, so I can't log in at all now.
