★★☆☆☆ Worst service. They hold my payment no way to contact customer care, Raised complaint. But no response. Till now. Will seek consumer forum and file an FIR if the problem is not solved. Merchant ID - 6177462. I suggest no one to use this app, they have the worst customer support, worst service ever, If you receive 13k of payment they say you have a hike, and they will hold your settlement. Lets everybody raises complain against payu. Such the worst service.

★★☆☆☆ Fraud app payment still hold from 25th april today it's 04 may but still neither payment not refund nor settled. Merchant ID 6905214. All documents submitted but no reply still time. Don't download and use this app. They don't have a customer care number. Only ticket raised, but they hold my payment of 19997 rs. Let's all file a case against them.
