Cant login with company ID and username so what is the point of this app? Their support page gives no help

My app is not working. I've tried every means, but it doesn't even allow me to log in. Just stuck on the login page.

Not fully functional yet-use the web version. First, you have to convert your login method from the old customer ID login to the 2fa type login with email. Then you can use the app. You can view pay statements, but the deductions headings aren't even correct. The app uses the heading "Taxes" for all statutory deductions instead of "deductions", like in their web version. I want offline web time, properly labelled pay stubs, T4s, docs etc. All the online features. Current app just takes space.
