PCOS Weight Loss

PCOS Weight Loss scores your meals on what is actually in them — protein, fibre, added sugar and how processed the food is.

WHY A SCORE, NOT A CALORIE COUNT
Most food apps ask you to log numbers all day. This one asks for a photo or a few figures, gives you a 0–10 score, and tells you one thing worth trying next. The four pillars behind the score and the reference values they use are published in the app, so you can check the reasoning rather than take it on trust.

TWO WAYS TO TRACK
• Weight Loss Mode — calories, macros and a weight trend
• Gentle Mode — no calories, no scale, anywhere in the app. Protein, fibre, movement, sleep and how you felt

Switch between them at any time. Nothing you have logged is lost.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Score a meal from a photo, or enter the numbers yourself
• See the full pillar-by-pillar arithmetic behind a score (PCOS Pro)
• Correct the portion if the estimate looks off — the score updates
• Five daily rings: protein, fibre, movement, sleep, meals
• One next step each day, not a list of demands
• Log cycle days and how you are feeling, with no predictions and no phase guesses
• A recipe library filtered by what you eat
• A weekly summary of what you logged
• Export everything you have logged as a CSV

BUILT FOR THE PERSON WHO QUIT THE LAST APP
No streak shaming, no "good" and "bad" foods, no earning your dinner. Every line of guidance in the app is checked against a list of things it will not say.

YOUR LOGS STAY ON YOUR PHONE
Meals, weight, cycle days and symptoms are stored on this device only. We have no copy of them, nothing syncs, and you can delete all of it from Settings in one step or export it as a CSV.

Two things do leave your phone. A meal photo is sent to our server and on to OpenAI to be identified, and we keep no copy of it — log a meal by hand instead and nothing is sent at all. And the app reports anonymous usage and crashes so we can see which screens break. You never create an account with a name, email or password; scanning uses a randomly generated anonymous ID.

PCOS PRO
Free: three meal scans a day and seven days of history. PCOS Pro adds scanning without that daily limit, the full pillar breakdown behind every score, cycle correlations, weekly reports, 90 days of history and every recipe. Monthly or yearly, with the exact price in your own currency shown on the subscription screen before you buy. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
PCOS Weight Loss is a general wellness and nutrition-logging app. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose anything, and it cannot tell you whether you have PCOS or how any food affects your body. Nutrition figures from photos are estimates and can be wrong. Always talk to a doctor, dietitian or other qualified clinician about your health.
