This is by far the worst and most irresponsible service I have experienced. I placed my medicine order on 6th May, and till now there has been no delivery, no proper response, and no update from your staff. This is not the first time your store has shown such careless and unprofessional behavior. Your staff completely ignores customers and fails to provide even basic support. Medicines are essential items, yet your team handles orders with zero seriousness or accountability Such pathetic service

Worst Experience. App showing medicines ready for pickup but store person telling its ready at Bhiwandi warehouse. If u want to pick up, it will take time to come to retail store. App showing wrong notifications. Not At All Recommended.

Order cancellation issue I tried cancelling the order, but it gives no records found error. I ordered the wrong medicine, and now I can't cancel it.
