Works well for me. As a new member of the gym, I would have liked to access more info about the workings of the gym. E.g. Lockers are available. Also, door signage. Finding the lockers downstairs was a mission! Members should also be encouraged to use these lockers and not take up gym space with clothing.

Forced to download the app because your website is not built for humans, and the app is somehow even worse? I have no option to change to English (and I am fluent in Welsh, so I can even see that there's nothing in Welsh allowing me to switch either!). Says I'm not logged in, but won't let me log in? Honestly who designed this? It needs far more investment because at the moment I am furious my council tax is paying for facilities I can't access (and have to pay again for anyway)

Pain to use, would rather not be forced to have it. Going backwards completely looses where you were, and you start at the home page in Welsh. Would be better if you could just ring up the leisure center and ask. And make booking that way.

Not very user-friendly when you have more than 1 person from the same family to book into a class/exercise/swimming slot. It's taken me 20 mins to book 3 people into 1 slot... Edit to add: still no family booking option meaning I have to log out and log in for each person. Puts me right off from booking any family activities.
