Very basic app, rather difficult to navigate. Some features you can do on the app but then others you can only do on the website. I love my actual bank itself but unfortunately all of its outside features really are lacking. (App, website, technical support) In my opinion anyway

This is the worst app ever... one year now since I have this problem, I could never log in saying I have no connection or internet. My internet and is so strong and my we have no problem logging in any banks or any site for that matter. Only pen financial app has no connection. Please fix the problem and fix your app, it's so outdated. Cibc, and rbc banks has no problem. And don't tell me to refresh because I do and use my data just to log in and even that It's still saying no connection.

Ever since this last update my login page doesn't load. I have made sure my phone is up-to-date as well and re download the app multiple times, and it still doesn't allow me to login

Terrible. It always logs me out for no reason, even if I have it saved to remember me. On top of that it always changes my Personal Access Code EVEN THOUGH I have one saved already. I can't even check my account information or account balance half the time cuz I spent that time trying to get back into my OWN ACCOUNT. Would give 0 stars if I could.
