The app is very limited only has dog and cats stuff and no toys or other things for other pets that are not cats or dogs

I trusted this app because I was buying before in their shop. Noy only app is weird and slow. But customer service is extremely irresponsible. 7 hours and no reply, I need to cancel order coming tomorrow. But if you add something to cart and chosen not to check out, they won't forget to remind. :/ I hope they will cancel before I get this order tomorrow, so I do not go into unnecessary fights.

The apps are hard to use, the autos hip is hard to cancel .it will require an admin fee, and you need to return the discount upon cancelation. And the customer service is not helpful. Do not order to this shop
