Ethical: We will never display fake reviews, editorialised reviews, or altered reviews. Unfortunately this is practice is rampant in the sharing economy. We use the platform to find sitters for ourselves and we have worked with RSPCA Vets to implement a safe framework to decrease the risk of harm or loss of pets in care. You matter. Your pets matter. As per our Terms, all users are required to keep all current and future bookings on platform, indefinitely.

This was our first time using Pet Cloud, and we found everything very easy from the selection of sitters to the booking and basically all arrangements. Sasha was absolutely fantastic as a house sitter and cared for our dog Coco and two cats. She sent us photos every day to see that our pets were happy. They were sorry to see her go.

I have installed the latest version of this App (updated Dec 2025) available on Google play 5 or 6 times and every single time have encountered an opening page (Jobs) that is completely blank. Trying to navigate to another page (ie Jobs Posted or Messages), results in the same blank page with no change. I'm wondering how to use the App on my phone to get pet sitting jobs if I am not able to access the info I need? Hopefully you are able to provide a fix? Cheers Lisa

Both the app and website are faulty. Navigation is a mess. Lots of actions are not working and everything is very slow. The vast majority of pet sitters does not respond to job requests. The owner of the app is pushing for payment, even though it's not due yet!! Pretty dodgy. The cancellation fees are now ridiculously high, usually 100% for cancellations from 30 days in advance. You should get refunded at least 50% until 7 or 14 days in advance. Will try other apps next time.
