This was our first time using Pet Cloud, and we found everything very easy from the selection of sitters to the booking and basically all arrangements. Sasha was absolutely fantastic as a house sitter and cared for our dog Coco and two cats. She sent us photos every day to see that our pets were happy. They were sorry to see her go.

Unfortunately, the app is not fantastic. I was promised months ago that an update to the app would fix it, sadly it doesn't appear to have improved my experience. I had a few clients go elsewhere too, due to major glitches on the app. It's sad, because the majority of pet sitters I've met are lovely, and do an amazing job, they deserve 5 stars. I look forward to improving my rating for the app when the glitches are fixed, and I am able to more easily contact the company when there is a problem.

"Please try again later" constant error message that I receive on app when trying to Apply for jobs, have to go to the website. Also, when applying should be able to add a message or any relevant questions. Filters are frustrating, multiple choices should be allowed. Hard to navigate app.
