Is there any real way to prevent people from just stating they have the virus? Does it provide links to where people can go get vaccinated. Does it provide a place where of you were diagnosed/tested positive that you can log that test or Does this get reported from Physicians mandatory where anyone is tested? So a mandatory return to work/school must be tested and require Physicians to report that data into this app with accurate information. You guys are awesome. Thank You! If Every state should

Tested positive for COVID. App asks for confirmation number from lab report. No such number on report. App gives a phone number to get a confirmation number. That number (AZ Dept. Of public health) said to call the test site (Walgreens). After a half hour of automated voice response hell, they refer me to the lab. The lab has no phone number on their website, so I fill out a contact form. Next day I get an email with the lab's phone number. Called them and they knew nothing about this app.

I had this app installed for a few months and never got any notifications. My wife and kids got sick with COVID, so obviously I had been exposed. There was no way in the app to report my exposure, so I called their Help line. The lady was very nice and said she didn't know, so she would call back after she found out. She called back and said they currently aren't tracking this kind of exposure!! So I was out in public and others who were in proximity to me weren't being alerted to an exposure!
