Good app! When a second camera is installed it can work as a remote surveillance app for my backyard as well as door answering solution!

Omg. One of the worst apps ever developed. You expect something real from a giant as Philips. The app is useless, gets frozen 90% of the time and fails at its basic tasks. One of the worst apps ever seen. Waste of money and time. Do not bother buying the Welcome Eye with this function

Worst experience I ever had with an app and device combination. Works maybe 1/10 times. When it works the connection to the camera is heavily delayed. The device is next to the router so not a network issue. A speediest shows the upload is 10 mbits. In response to the answer, please read that we have enough upload. We have 120/10 mbits. 120 download and 10 upload. That should be enough?
