Best hearing aid ever! I use it flawlessy for streaming My LG Smart TV. The audio jack works perfectly with my Dell Laptop. I change the parts you are supposed to do every so often. Initially I had some issues with it but that is why you have an audiologist!!! Mine has installed 4 different listening programs onto my Com Pilot for different listening options. I use them all. Great function for muting loud background noise. I had to return my compilot once for repairs turnaround was reasonable.

Both good and frustrating. As a CROS user, I find this app extremely
helpful for fine-tuning my CROS system's settings. I'm using it to help
find the best balance between left and right for me, which I'll use to
provide feedback to my audiologist. It is frustrating that my settings
aren't saved. So if I get a phone call or stream to the hearing aids, I
have to reset my desired settings. Sometimes the app isn't reponsive, so it
takes some work to get the settings just so. For the time being, I leave my
phone audio muted to avoid needing to fix the settings. That, or I set the
desired settings and then turn off Bluetooth to avoid disrupting my
settings. I hope, after adjustments, I won't need this app. If that's the
purpose, to help users and audiologists fine-tune hearing aid settings,
this is a fine app. Otherwise, I think I will go mad long-term using this.
