Can't make calls 90% of the time. Once every blue moon you might be able to make a call. What use is a phone if you can't call anyone? Simply doesn't work

Not sure if its the app or the phone service but auto forwarded calls only rarely get to me. They never ring on my mobile phone and go straight to voicemail. Once in a while it works, but rarely, so I miss a lot of calls.

Worst app ever. I was told that it's cheaper to keep our land line and that we can use this app to be able to text and call but it is useless. When I try to text I get an invalid message and when I use the phone to call, the other person can't even hear me. What's the point? Spectrum please fix
