★★☆☆☆ Can yourl have login till the operator clicks logout .. As for now the operator keeps on loging out on the App when we close the app .. Also need notification that a user has been messaged .. As for holiday time as Christmas .... The office is close.and we need to keep track of messages and notification

★★☆☆☆ The idea is wonderful! However it has a few flaws that I hope get fixed very soon or else I'll be moving to a monthly service. Problem #1. It doesn't save your password. This is a problem because I get a notification saying so one asked a question on my site. I open up the app to respond, but I now need to put my password in. At this time the app won't let me log in. I have to force quite the app and then relog in. It works now but I have now lost a client..........the second problem is that I can't hear the notifications. The app notification doesn't viabtate or wake up the screen. I would love to be able to change the apps ringtone to a louder/longer MP3 of my liking.. it's almost a wonderful tool however it needs a few more updates
