So easy to use and great for communication with my PT. The explanation videos are awesome too. It's a great way to keep track that I'm doing exercise every day.

I love using this app in conjunction with my physio requirements for exercises. It great as it makes me do them each day, and I can monitor, as can my physio, how I'm doing and what pain levels I'm at. I've always loved using PhysiApp and have asked physiotherapists and exercise Physiologists if they have and am really happy when they say yes. I have used on and off with different clinicians since first using in 2019.

Seems nice but has a major flaw - if you need to repeat your program more than once a day, you can't with the app! Once you mark as complete you're locked out for the day so have to wait until next day and time the rest of today by yourself. That's quite hard to do when rehabbing, unless you create your own custom phone timers, and if you do, that then might as well dump the app! Second smaller issue - if you switch to another app during long passive exercise it pauses the timer so can't watch yt

The demonstrations weren't very helpful. Most of them fail to explain what you should be feeling during the exercise and where you should feel it. It's also difficult to figure out the timing for some exercises, particularly when a hold is involved.

There used to be a space to write notes. That seems to have been removed. Making notes to discuss with my practitioners is important to me. Also, there is no easy way for me to switch between programs. I have to sign out & sign back in using a different code. Both of my practitioners work at the same clinic & have access to my file. It's just annoying & time-consuming to do each day when I have exercises from more than one practitioner. There must be an easier way. I don't enjoy using this app.
