HBSUK Physio is a platform designed to match patients needing specialist care with the correct medical expert. It is a virtual outpatient solution offering video and online consultations at a time convenient to you. It has been designed by clinicians with over 10 years’ experience of designing and running virtual services.
Our native smartphone app, developed in partnership with Physitrack, provides access to book and attend appointments with our specialists. The app includes advice on how to stay fit and active and connects you to our team if you need any additional support.
For patients who have been recommended an exercise program, you can watch the exercise videos and track your progress, asking questions on exercises that you are uncertain about. These can be viewed both online and offline once logged in for the first time and you can set reminders so you keep on track with your recovery.
IMPORTANT - This app will only be able to help patients who have been explicitly referred to HBSUK Physio from another NHS service, or by their private medical insurer. It is important to seek medical advice before using this app and making any medical decisions. It is not intended to directly diagnose any condition and is not suitable for anyone needing emergency medical attention or for anyone under the age of 18.
Recent changes: Educational videos now play immediately in full screen, with their own mute button. Exercise parameters are shown in a consistent order, results are sorted newest first, and headlines got a bolder look. We also fixed programs not ending on time, a paused timer restarting on its own, access codes being lost when opening a program link, clipped button labels in some languages, and various other small issues.

I've been using this app for a month now, and it does a nice job of tracking my exercises and pain levels. The built-in videos helped me learn the moves, and I also noticed a timer button which helps with my holds. It could be better in that it does occasionally ask me to log back in and also the timer button could be easier to find / use whilst doing the stretches. Voice commands would be amazing but then Google Assistant can help with that already. The app also has details about appointments

Doesn't even let me log in. Keeps taking me to the browser to log in. Just ask AXA you don't want to use this app. Not worth the grief

It's just an app which accesses the website, pointless. Can't see anywhere to log in either.
