Cannot order. Just wasted 20 minutes waiting for staff to try and fix the problem, hasn't worked. App says 'ordering currently unavailable'. Don't waste your time or risk giving Piccolo your details for something useless.

What a poorly designed app. Doesn't show all stores, can't order ahead, in fact can't order at all due to xyz issues. When you make something an app exclusive, make sure your app actually functions?

App changed store locations without alerting me and sent my order to a store I've never visited. I arrived at my local to pick up and had to purchase a new coffee. Contacted support and was told to travel to the other store and take it up with the owner, no reference number, no apology, nothing. Wow, what a business model. Won't be returning to any piccolo and app now deleted, tbh the coffee is not that great anyway

Found dodgy credit transactions. A coffee costing 5.10 in the app history looks like it charged 14.40 from my Visa. My guess is that the Loke platform charges a fee and Piccolo Me forwards it us, the customers. Fair enough for delivery but absurd for pickup.
