I had placed an order with Pilgrim for five products. It took around 12 days for the delivery. After that, my refund didn’t come on time — they said it would take 5 days, but it still hasn’t been properly processed. They also kept telling me different refund amounts — about four or five different figures — everything was communicated in a very unorganized way. The service is extremely poor, and it feels like a scam because I still haven’t received my refund, and they seem to be holding my money.

Such a bad experience with customer service. I ordered a product from pilgrim, and I saw the product delivery date after five days to order placed, and now I am waiting for my product it's 7 days late to the delivery date. I called so many times to customer support and the call didn't connect. It was a bad experience.
